1 Whole Chicken (giblets removed -make some gravy from it!)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 Degrees.
Put the chicken on a pan.
Rub olive oil on the entire chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste (but don't actually taste it
cause ya know... it's raw)
Let cook for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
All done, serve! Save the extra for the rest of the week. Keep the bones to make some stock out of it,you'll
want to get a few chicken carcasses for this, so toss it in the freezer till you have plenty.
